Fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. What truly set this place apart was the outstanding service, it was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I would definitely recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Exceptional Management I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel resort in Tulum and, most importantly, its incredible staff and management team. During our stay, my son unfortunately became very sick with food poisoning from something he ate outside of the hotel. It was a stressful situation made even more challenging because I am currently in the United States and not physically in Tulum with him. As soon as I contacted the hotel through the number provided, they responded within minutes. Their team immediately took action, arranged for a doctor to come directly to his room, and ensured he received prompt medical attention. The doctor was professional, attentive, and helped him feel significantly better right away. The hotel handled the situation with true competence, urgency, and genuine care. Their communication was clear, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire process. It gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing that my son was in such capable hands, especially while I was far away. This level of service goes far beyond expectations. The staff and management demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Tulum. Truly a 5-star experience in every sense.

We had a great stay for our friend’s wedding at Mia. All of the staff were super friendly, including Ibirng! Great service, good food, amazing vibes. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Mia Resort exceeded every expectation. The staff was incredible and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and the romantic dinner on the beach was absolutely perfect — thoughtful, beautiful, and unforgettable. From coordinating transportation to helping us plan tours, everything was seamless and stress-free. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return.

Mía Tulum Resort is a beautiful beachfront spot with amazing Caribbean vibes. The location is perfect, right on the white sand beach, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet fun. Great beach club, delicious food, refreshing cocktails, and very friendly staff. Ideal for relaxing during the day and enjoying good music and sunsets. I would definitely stay here again.

Mia was an AMAZING time! we stayed for a couple of days out of our month long trip just to be in close proximity from the beach and to celebrate my lady's birthday in the hotel zone and Mia was the perfect place. We got the Jacuzzi suite and that was the best hotel room we've had in Tulum so far! Mia beach club was a vibe! It's the offseason (October) so we didn't experience any of the "tourist traps" people talk about really. They had free yoga at 9am everyday, beachfront massages available, and breakfast was included during our stay. There was no cover charge for the beach club since we were guests and the service by the beach and pool was great. Just be respectful and they will show love! The staff in the front office was super friendly too! We loved talking to them about Mexico City since that's where most of the staff were from. They gave amazing suggestions of places to go to. Overall we had a blast! And the view from the jacuzzi was top tier Might go back before we leave tbh

A great place to be! The view is amazing, staff is very kind and all looks very clean! I loved the ocean view, I loved the massages and the food was algo pretty good too!

We had an amazing experience at Mia Beach Club… the experience was that good that we went twice… and we were well treated by the amazing Toni!! Without him, the experiences would be the same!
